Latest Build Version 8, Customized CyanogenMod 9 for Galaxy S Operates Well

As previously reported, most popular Third-Party firmware team---CyanogenMod is developing the new customized firmware called CyanogenMod 9, which is based on Android4.0 ICS. The process of CM9 development is rapidly moving forward, and now it's able to operate on some equipments, including the Samsung Galaxy S GT I9000.


It is reported, the latest Build---Build Version 8, customized CyanogenMod 9 for Galaxy S--- has been released. Its stability has been increased, and brings the following changes:

*USB data sharing works well;
*There are still some small problems of Wi-Fi connection, occasionally breaking off.
*Can dial T9, and dial setup is already configured
*External SD card can be installed
*Can not receive all types of files through Bluetooth
*TV output support is configured
*Sometimes when data closing, the dynamic icon of data gets stuck
*Continiously Press" Removed SD card ( remove SD card )" button to remove peripheral SD card

The development of CM9 is carried on in full preparation and we believe the in recent future, it will be launched officially.
